Digital Media Producer

HRTV, The Network for Horse Sports,one of the nations fastest growing sports networks has an immediate opening for a Digital Media Producer. The Digital Media Producer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and integrating all content for hrtv.com and other digital media initiatives.  The successful candidate will be a master of video codec’s, web graphics/video optimization, Final Cut, Photoshop, SEO, CMS workflows, HTML, FTP, and social networking.

Responsibilities

Maintain the quality, accuracy and timeliness of content on the HRTV.com website and other digital media channels, and ensure content supports and enhances the vision of HRTV

Suggest and develop new and creative ways to broaden HRTV.com’s reach

Ensure that all HRTV digital channels conform to branding guidelines

Work with HRTV’s Marketing Team to convert ideas and goals into a digital vision

Provide and maintain management reports and analytics on the use of the HRTV digital media channels

Edit and repurpose linear channel content

Actively engage our audience via social media

Produce, edit and oversee streaming for live and VOD events

Assign tasks, manage and coordinate graphic and asset team

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years professional experience in a related position

Equestrian sports and racing knowledge required

Ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Bachelors Degree in related field

Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required

Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work weekends and holidays

Some travel may be required
