What is HorseRacing TV™?
HorseRacing TV (HRTV) is a 24 hour horseracing channel providing the excitement of live thoroughbred racing and live harness racing from tracks across North America and around the world. HRTV is a joint venture owned by North America’s two racing industry leaders, Magna Entertainment Corp. (“MEC”), and Churchill Downs Incorporated (“Churchill Downs”).

What is the format of HRTV?
HRTV programming includes post parades, odds and results, and live racing and replays from up to 3 tracks at a time. A live host guides the viewer from track to track offering handicapping tips between races.

What tracks does HRTV cover?
To name but a few: Santa Anita, Gulfstream, Churchill Downs, Fair Grounds, Arlington, Golden Gate Fields, , Lone Star Park, Calder, Pimlico, Laurel, and many more. For our complete list please see our list at HRTV TRACKS.

I’m looking for a specific track.
Please refer to our schedule to confirm which tracks we will be covering. Please note that not all tracks will be carried full card. Sometimes partial cards are covered due to scheduling conflicts. Although we would like to be able to cover more racing, unfortunately we can not accommodate all the great racing going on across the country on any given day.

Why does my cable/satellite operator not carry HRTV?
