Laffit has been a integral member of HRTV's on-air talent group since 2002.

He is a third generation racetrack veteran, the son of the legendary Hall of Fame jockey, Laffit Pincay, Jr., North America's all-time leading rider in wins.

Prior to joining HRTV, Laffit served as a sports anchor in New York and California. His experience in front of the camera and knowledge of the racing game makes him one of the most recognizable faces for racing fans across the country. He has handled a variety of key roles for HRTV and he now serves as the host of two of the network's original shows -- "Target Louisville," which chronicles the road to the Kentucky Derby, as well as "Pursuit of the Cup," which follows the top Breeders' Cup contenders each fall.

In addition, Pincay has hosted HRTV's on-site coverage of the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes during the past year. Additionally, he was utilized during ESPN's Breeders' Cup coverage from Monmouth Park last October, in addition to working the CBS telecast of the Virginia Derby from Colonial Downs the past two seasons.
