HRTV (R), The Network for Horse Sports, is now available to Thoroughbred racing fans, rodeo and equestrian enthusiasts on two cable systems.   Hiawatha Broadband, in Winona, MN (channel 295), and Access Cable Television in Whitley County, KY (channel 244) have added HRTV's wide-range of horse-related programming to their line-ups.
