HRTV ON-TRACK FOR SATURDAY'S PRESTIGIOUS, GRADE 1 ARLINGTON MILLION
Arlington Heights, IL, Aug. 14 -- The Grade 1, $1 million Arlington Million is annually one of Thoroughbred racing's summertime showcase races, and HRTV (R), The Network for Horse Sports, will once again be on-track at Arlington Park to chronicle all the events leading into the Saturday, August 18 classic.
HRTV's on-site overage will be handled by veteran horseracing personality Caton Bredar, and HRTV analyst, and former Chicago-based jockey, Zoe Cadman, who will provide the latest developments, and up-to-date information, leading into to the 30th edition of the Million.
Bredar and Cadman will offer in-depth analysis and commentary for the spectacular day of racing, while conducting interviews with key owners, trainers, and jockeys, in advance of the 1 1/4 mile turf classic, which lures a host of the sport's top grass performers.
The Million is the centerpiece of Arlington's International Festival of Racing on Saturday, which also offers two additional Grade 1 races -- the $750,000 Beverly D. and the $500,000 Secretariat.
