HRTV PREMIERES 2012 WORLD HORSE FESTIVAL, AACHEN CHIO, HIGHLIGHT SHOWS

Arcadia, CA, Sept. 12 -- HRTV (R), The Network for Horse Sports, will again unveil its blockbuster English Horse Sports Showcase programming line-up when it offers the worldwide premiere of the renowned 2012 World Horse Festival, Aachen CHIO, beginning on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 10 p.m. ET.

The World Equestrian Festival takes place in Aachen, Germany every July, and is annually one of the most important and highest attended equestrian competitions in the world.  This marks the fourth consecutive year HRTV has produced highlight shows from Aachen.

"HRTV's goal is to provide viewers with the best equestrian programming from around the world," said Scott Daruty,  President of HRTV.  "With a recent schedule that has featured some of the best equestrian events in the United
States, the 2012 Aachen series is the first of our weekly premieres scheduled throughout the remainder of the year that will showcase the best competition of the English equestrian sports world."

HRTV's opening week of five exciting shows from Aachen features the Marathon Driving Event CAIO, where teams of four horses and three drivers exhibit deft precision and communication in maneuvering through numerous complex obstacles.

In the weeks ahead, shows from Aachen will include Eventing, the Aachen Grand Prix Dressage Freestyle, the Rolex Cup headlining the Aachen Prize of Europe Jumping CSIO, and the Aachen Grand Prix of Jumping.
