Arcadia, CA, Oct. 28 -- With the prestigious Breeders' Cup World Championships drawing nearer, HRTV (R) will expand its daily, in-depth coverage from Santa Anita Park beginning on Saturday, October 31 continuing through Cup weekend -- Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7.

The network's weekly "Pursuit of the Cup, presented by OCD Pellets" show, which has chronicled all the happenings leading up to the 26th anniversary of the Breeders' Cup since late August, will transform into a daily show, commencing this Saturday, and airing live daily at 11:30 a.m. ET/8:30 a.m. PT.  The show will offer racing fans the latest up-to-date information, and late-breaking news, in advance of the 14-race, two-day extravaganza, which carries $25.5 million in total purses.  It will re-air throughout the day.

Saturday's premiere of "Pursuit of the Cup, presented by OCD Pellets," will be especially newsworthy, with live coverage of the undefeated Zenyatta's final workout at Hollywood Park.  Owned by Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Moss, Zenyatta, a perfect 13-for 13 lifetime, is expected to cross-enter the Breeders' Cup Classic against the males and the Ladies Classic. 

On Tuesday, November 2, HRTV will also present live coverage of the Breeders' Cup Post Position Draw, beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT.  (Full program schedule is included below.)

HRTV's full complement of outstanding on-air talent, including Laffit Pincay, III, Hall of Famer Gary Stevens, Jeff Siegel, Scott Hazelton, Millie Ball, and European correspondent Fanny Salmon, and others, will provide blanket coverage throughout the week.

A special edition of "Pursuit of the Cup, presented by OCD Pellets" will provide a recap of the Breeders' Cup activities on November 7 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

In addition, HRTV's host of original shows, topped by "RaceDay America," which previews that day's racing action, and features interviews with the sport's most influential personalities, will follow "Pursuit of the Cup, presented by OCD Pellets" on Wednesday, November 4 through Sunday, November 8, at 12:30 p.m. ET/9:30 a.m. PT. 

HRTV's recently-introduced "Grandstand" show, will air at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Wednesday through Sunday of Cup Week.  Following "Grandstand" each day at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT (Wednesday through Friday, respectively) will be "Across The Board," "Against the Odds," and another new offering, "The Edge."
