emmy® & eclipse award winning programming

HRTV's Inside Information has been recognized with Emmy® Awards and Nominations for each of the last five years, beginning in 2009. Inside Information's "Randy Romero" and "Swale" were each winners of both Emmy® Awards and the Television-Features Media Eclipse Awards in back-to-back years.

Recently, HRTV has received five 2013 Ohio Valley Regional Emmy nominations from the National Academy of Televison Arts and Sciences of the Ohio Valley. They received 3 nominations for Inside Information --  Horse Show at Old Hilltop ,and The Fix .  The other HRTV nomination, in association with Turn Left Productions, was a special documentary, Garrett Gomez: 118 Days.  Editor Steve Scheidler will solely represent HRTV in two categories: Editor – Program and Graphic .

HRTV production staff has also been recognized for outstanding photography (Jose Ibarra), editing (Steve Scheidler), writing (Phil Kubel & Amy Zimmerman) and graphic arts (Steve Scheidler).
